Horizon Health, Inc. is pleased to be able to offer CPR and First Aid classes to the community.  Both the CPR and First Aid classes are conducted by a certified instructor and you will receive certification upon completion of the class.

CPR Class

• Cost of class is $31.00 and must be paid at the time you register and is non-refundable.
• We offer both the basic Heart Saver course and the Health Care Provider course (you need to know which course you would like/need to take at the time of registration).
• Held in the Education Room at Horizon Health headquarters in Pierz.
• If you need the Health Care Provider Course, you may need to stay longer.

Refresher CPR Course

• Cost of class is $21.00 and must be paid at the time you register and is non-refundable.
• We offer both the basic Heart Saver course and the Health Care Provider course (you need to know which course you would like/need to take at the time of registration.
