Have you thought about an exciting career in health care?  Horizon Health offers the only Minnesota state certified Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant training program in Morrison County.   Listed below is information regarding the course:

• 83-hour state certified CNA/HHA Course.
• Clinical skills are developed while working with residents at the Pierz Villa.
• Cost of course is $600.00, which includes a book.  There is an additional testing fee determined by the individual testing site.
• Anyone 16 years of age or older can participate in the class.

Upon successful completion of the course and state test, your CNA/HHA license will enable you to work at any nursing home, assisted living facility, hospital or homecare agency in Minnesota as a CNA/HHA.

The course is held intermittently throughout the year at Horizon Health's Office in Pierz, Minnesota.  The following beginning class dates still have openings:

If you have a current license as a Minnesota CNA but would like your HHA certificate, we do offer a 15-hour HHA Class.  The cost is of the HHA Class is $150.00.
