Horizon Health serves approximately 360 people annually through personalized home care, assisted living, independent senior housing, community outreach and volunteer programs.

We serve active seniors enjoying the best years of life.  We sponsor senior housing for those with limited incomes.  We serve middle aged and elderly people who have suffered illnesses.  We help seniors regain the strength and abilities they need to return to their own homes and provide the help some seniors need to remain as independent as possible. 

We serve the developmentally disabled and those with psychiatric needs.  We often help people whom nobody else can or will help,sometimes because of financial limitations.
