Horizon Health began the journey of providing services to seniors and their families and employment opportunities for area residents in 1991. We have evolved from an organization with 2 employees serving a handful of people to employing over 230 people serving 300 people on a daily basis. As you travel through the pages of this website you will notice that our services can meet a variety of needs from volunteer opportunities for people of all ages to in-home support services through our homecare department, independent senior living to assisted living services for frail elderly and people with dementia or Alzheimers and the list goes on.
