Senior Services

Quality programs with a purpose.

Horizon Health provides many community services through outreach programs. These community services are provided free of charge to those in need. All of our services are made possible by the generous volunteers that help us to provide these services.

Horizon Health's Faith In Action Senior Service

Faith in Action is a network of volunteers who provide non-professional volunteer assistance to seniors and family caregivers free of charge to members of our community. Our Faith in Action program serves all of Morrison County, Minnesota.

RSVP Program connects volunteers with projects.

RSVP, a program of the Corporation for National and Community Service, connects volunteers age 55 and over with service opportunities in their communities. Horizon Health RSVP volunteers receive guidance and training so they can make a contribution that suits their talents, interests, and availability.
