Heat, water, and trash removal are included in the rent and an electrical allowance is provided, which for most residents covers all electrical costs as well. Cable TV hookups are provided.
Financial assistance is available through HUD PRAC Funds, a Department of Housing and Urban Development program. Qualified tenants are expected to pay 30% of their adjusted income or 10% of their annual income for rent, whichever is higher. Current income limits are:
One Person: $20,550
Two Person: $23,500 *Income limits are updated annually.
