Assisted Living

Harmony House is an assisted living home for frail elderly and those with memory care needs. Home cooked meals, personalized care and social activities are provided by dedicated staff members in warm, comfortable surroundings.

Adult Day Care and Living Facilities

United Friends, an adult foster care facility, consists of two neighboring homes. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Pierz, United Friends is for persons with developmental disabilities and consists of four private bedrooms with shared common living areas. Near medical care and the downtown area, the homes are ideally located for independent living. They are designed to promote social interaction and encourage involvement in life's daily routines.

Senior Independent Living

In our Independent Senior Living facilities, people of any age can enjoy an apartment setting which provides secure, comfortable living. Located in a residential area these independent living apartments provide quiet with the convenience of being close to all the amenities the surrounding cities have to offer.

Home Care

Horizon Health has a Medicare certified home health agency that serves residents in Morrison County and the surrounding areas.
