Early Bird Registration:    All who register before July 16, 2012 will enjoy these registration fees:   $72 per golfer / $288 per foursome

Regular Event Registration:  Anyone registering on or after July 16, 2012 will do so at the following registration fees:  $80 per golfer / $320 per foursome.
