Join us for an informative session offering tips to help caregivers in their journeys of caring for loved ones. You will take away tools to strengthen your health, mind, and body in addition to an introduction to mental health resources. The session will be led by Jurnee Bruggenthies, Faith in Action Coordinator at Horizon Health. Jurnee is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, especially those with memory challenges and their caregivers.

Connections Cafe' is a monthly program for caregivers and their loved ones with memory challenges. The first hour is a group session with Horizon Health's staff coordinating an activity, game, music, trivia, etc. During the second hour of the program, caregivers meet alone with Horizon Health memory care staff while their loved ones stay together for more activities with another Horizon Health staff.
There is no charge to attend. Please pre-register.
