IN-HOME REHABILITATIVE SERVICES
This program assists individuals with developmental and cognitive disabilities in their home to help families succeed in a team approach with their families, case managers, and others in their lives. In-Home Rehabilitative Services include:
- Communication Skills, Interpersonal and Socialization skills
- Behavior Support
- Community Living Skills
- Self Care
- Home Care
- Sensory/Motor Development to acquire functional skills
