Horizon Health is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization providing many senior resources, health care education and housing options,

as well as Hospice and Homecare services throughout all of Morrison County and the City of Brainerd.

As a non-profit entity, Horizon Health programming relies heavily on community giving and grants.
