Horizon Health is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization providing many senior resources, health care education and housing options,
as well as Hospice and Homecare services throughout all of Morrison County and the City of Brainerd.
As a non-profit entity, Horizon Health programming relies heavily on community giving and grants. Your financial gifts provide seniors and other members of your community the option to remain safely in their homes longer and thrive. Aging with dignity can be a gift offered through community giving and acts of service.
