This program assists individuals with developmental and cognitive disabilities in their home to help families succeed in a team approach with their families, case managers, and others in their lives. In-Home Rehabilitative Services include:

Communication Skills, Interpersonal and Socialization skills

Community Living Skills
Self Care
Home Care
Sensory/Motor Development to acquire functional skills
