Harmony House Memory Care Assisted Living communities are designed to meet the special needs of people living with advanced memory loss and dementia-related illnesses. All families can rest assured knowing their loved ones are safe with our state-of-the-art alert systems and wanderguards in and around the homes.

Harding Place is an Assisted Living community for men in a quiet country setting. Residents are cared for by specially trained staff to assist with mental health challenges. There is plenty of outdoors to explore and enjoy at Harding Place.

Horizon Health is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization providing many senior resources, health care education and housing options, as well as Hospice and Homecare services throughout all of Morrison County and the City of Brainerd.

As a non-profit entity, Horizon Health programming relies heavily on community giving and grants. Your financial gifts provide seniors and other members of your community the option to remain at safely in their homes longer and thrive. Aging with dignity can be a gift offered through community giving and acts of service.
