With locations in Pierz and Little Falls, our facility provides residents with private bedrooms and shared living areas close to downtown and medical resources. Our new location in Little Falls offers a quiet country-side setting with beautiful scenery.

Harding Place provides an assisted living community for men of which most are Veterans. This delightful home will keep any individual busy with activities, games, and tending the garden. Harding Place provides a seven-acre space and tranquil environment. The professional staff are skilled in assisting with mental health challenges.

SENIOR APARTMENTS - Applications
Financial assistance is available through HUD PRAC Funds, a Department of Housing and Urban Development program. Qualified tenants are expected to pay 30% of their adjusted income or 10% of their annual income for rent, whichever is higher.
Current annual income limits are:
Residency is restricted to income eligible applicants who are able to live independently and be adult head of household,
co-head, or spouse who is 62 years of age or older.
Horizon Health is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization providing many senior resources, health care education and housing options,
as well as Hospice and Homecare services throughout all of Morrison County and the City of Brainerd.
As a non-profit entity, Horizon Health programming relies heavily on community giving and grants. Your financial gifts provide seniors and other members of your community the option to remain at safely in their homes longer and thrive.
