United Friends housing provides an environment for those with developmental disabilities. With locations in Pierz and Little Falls, our facility provides residents with private bedrooms and shared living areas close to downtown and medical resources. Our new location in Little Falls offers a quiet country-side setting with beautiful scenery.
HARDING, MN
Harding Place provides an assisted living community for men of which most are Veterans. This delightful home will keep any individual busy with activities, games, and tending the garden. Harding Place provides a seven-acre space and tranquil environment. The professional staff are skilled in assisting with mental health challenges.
BRAINERD, MOTLEY, PIERZ
Harmony Houses are designed specifically for those with Dementia or memory-affected diseases. We offer 24 hour skilled care, daily creative and fitness activities, and home cooked meals. Families can rest assured knowing their loved ones are safe with our experienced staff.
SENIOR APARTMENTS - Applications
Financial assistance is available through HUD PRAC Funds, a Department of Housing and Urban Development program. Qualified tenants are expected to pay 30% of their adjusted income or 10% of their annual income for rent, whichever is higher.
Current annual income limits are:
Residency is restricted to income eligible applicants who are able to live independently and be adult head of household,
co-head, or spouse who is 62 years of age or older.
