Spread a Little Cheer with Lights of Hope
This December, Horizon Health Hospice invites you to light a light in honor, or in memory, of someone you love.
Every holiday season, we team up with the Pierz Lions Club to celebrate this beautiful tradition—Lights of Hope. Your light, or lights, will be a lasting tribute to those you hold closest to your heart.
The donations from Lights of Hope help us continue providing end-of-life care for people in our community, and dedicated support to their families. Not only are you paying tribute to someone you love, you’re spreading joy and support to others.
Taking part in Lights of Hope is easy. Simply pick up a donation form at Farmer & Merchants State Bank, Hartmann’s Store, Unity Bank, or Horizon Health now through December 31st, or you can download the Lights of Hope Purchase Card here.
On the form, choose which light, or lights, you’d like to purchase.
You can choose from the following:

Light of Caring (1 light) - $5.00

Lights of Kindness (5 lights) - $10.00

Lights of Love (10 lights) - $25.00
-
Lights of Hope (100 lights—string) - $100.00
Whichever you choose, you can’t go wrong.
The holidays are a joyous, beautiful time of year, but they can be tough for some people and families. Lights of Hope is a simple way to show you care and say, “I love you” or “I miss you.”
